I never saw this coming..

Never say NEVER.

Imagine the Lord asking you to write a book. You laugh and say, “Never!”—because surely, He must have the wrong person. I have friends who have written books and COOL for them but not for me.

It’s funny when you think about it—a small-town country girl who hated school, barely gets punctuation right, and never saw herself as a writer… yet here I am, writing a book.

But that’s just how God works. He doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called.

I’ve loved trying different coffee shops, sitting with my laptop(that by the way is used and missing letters on the keyboard), and just letting God speak through me.

This journey has been so healing piece by piece, He’s been mending parts of me I didn’t even realize were still broken. And now, I can’t wait to get this book into the hands of those who need it. To bring hope. To share His faithfulness. To remind someone else that their story isn’t over.

If He’s asking you to step into something that feels impossible, don’t count yourself out—because God already counted you in. Oh, and do yourself a favor and NEVER SAY NEVER. :)
